The Oak Ridge Rowing Association is a very special group of athletes, friends, family, volunteers and supporters. We simply could not operate and provide the national level of events and services without support from everyone in the community near and far.
ORRA hosts several local, regional, and national rowing events each year bringing approximately 30,000 visitors to the East Tennessee area, providing millions to the local economy. Many volunteers help these events proceed smoothly and provide a great opportunity to show hospitality and build relationships with visiting rowers.
No experience is required to volunteer, just a willingness to help, meet and assist the regatta participants. ORRA host FREE Volunteer Training Clinic each season.
Volunteers will get an introduction to the positions available at regattas as well as a chance to sign-up for their volunteer t-shirts and parking passes.
