Tent staking is forbidden anywhere on the venue.
This is enforced by the City of Oak Ridge Parks and Recreation Department. High power lines are buried all along the venue.
Tents must be placed in accordance with venue regulations.
Organizers of each regatta shall inform all parties and regatta participants, including, but not limited to, team, staff, and vendors of tent staking rules. Organizers of each regatta bear the risk of any failure to inform the parties and regatta participants of the tent staking rules or for any violation of the tent staking rules. Failure of Organizers to enforce this can result in cancellation of the event.
