- Fall Break - Nov 17th - Nov 29th - No programmed practices
- Mon, Nov 30th - Fri, Jan 29th - Winter Training
- Juniors - Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri, 4:15-6:15pm
- Masters - Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri/Sat, 6:15-8:00pm (2day/week, 4day/week, and 1day/week options)
- Winter Break - Dec 19th - Dec 27th - No programmed practices
- Optional: Tennessee Indoors - January 30th
