FINANCIAL POLICIES

PAYMENT USING CHECK
Make check payable to ORRA for the fee dues. To assist with the record keeping please write the account name and the purpose in the memo space.

RETURN CHECK
Checks that are returned to ORRA for insufficient funds or other reasons will be charged a $25.00 fee.

PAYMENT USING CREDIT CARD
ORRA uses Regatta Central credit card payments system where applicable. Fees payed using this service will have a $5.00 service fee attached.

REFUND
If during the first two weeks of participation a rower chooses not to continue, a full refund will be provided. Learn-to Row and Camp refunds will not be given after third practice.

MONEY DEPOSITS
Check payments need to be placed into locked Treasurer Box on the wall outside of the office. All money should be deposited in the box, i.e. club dues, junior fees, etc. This box is emptied daily.

MEMBERSHIP INVOICES
Invoices can be seen by logging onto your Regatta Central account. You should have received one in the mail from our bookkeeper. If you did not get an invoice, you can email ORRA's Book Keeper and an invoice will be sent to you.

CONTRIBUTIONS
ORRA welcomes donations large and small to maintain and expand our equipment and keep the club moving forward. We are a 501c(3) tax-exempt organization so all contributions are tax deductible.If you made a tax-deductible contribution to ORRA in the past year, (monetary or physical gift), and would like a receipt for your taxes, please email ORRA's Book Keeper.

REIMBURSEMENTS
This year, we have instituted a new policy for reimbursements to club members for club expenses. We have a form in the boathouse. If you need to be reimbursed, you should fill out the form, attach your receipt, and get it approved by the The President, Vice President, and Treasure. Then put your completed form in the Treasurer's Box.


2008 Oak Ridge Rates for Membership and Services

The following change to the Oak Ridge Rowing Association fee structure for the year 2008 was approved by the ORRA Board of Director's 12/2007.
