The Oak Ridge Rowing Association is a very special group of athletes, friends, family, volunteers and supporters. We simply could not operate and provide the national level of events and services without support from everyone in the community near and far.
ORRA hosts several local, regional, and national rowing events each year bringing approximately 30,000 visitors to the East Tennessee area, providing millions to the local economy. Many volunteers help these events proceed smoothly and provide a great opportunity to show hospitality and build relationships with visiting rowers.
No experience is required to volunteer, just a willingness to help, meet and assist the regatta participants. ORRA host FREE Volunteer Training Clinic each season.
Volunteers will get an introduction to the positions available at regattas as well as a chance to sign-up for their volunteer t-shirts and parking passes.

Please consider assisting us make the future even brighter for water-based human powered sports. The ORRA could not offer our many events and programs for youth and adults without the support the community If you are interested in helping us continue to serve our rowing visitors and others in and around our community by becoming a donor, please look at how you can help.
Many of our community members and local businesses have services or products that we can use to make a regatta/event extra special. Volunteer meals, local products, printing services, gifts, loaner vehicles, use of safety boats, among others will gladly be used and a tax deduction can be arranged. To arrange a donation of a service please email or call ORRA Giving at 865-482-6538.
Obviously an organization such as ORRA is in need of things and money is usually the thing that buys everything. If you are interested in donating in a planned manner over months/years or as one time gift, we will greatly appreciate the donation. You can specify your funds to be used for a specific purpose or it will go into the general operations fund. To arrange a donation please email the club president, Karen Clark.

The Oak Ridge Rowing Association is a State of Tennessee Non-Profit 501-c3 company and will provide proper documentation for your tax records. All gifts must be received in a single calendar year to be eligible for giving standard.
